FAQs

Where all do you delivered and in how many days? How do you send them?

Deliveries are made in Gurgaon only. Maximum delivery time is 7 working days. 


We hand deliver all the plants. They are not sent through couriers to avoid damage during transfers.

What if any plant is damaged and I want to return it?

You can refuse to take delivery of any damaged plant.  Its price, if already paid, will be refunded within 7 days. 


Hence, if you find that any plant is damaged, you should refuse to take its delivery. Clear communication is important. No return pick up after they are in customer's care.

Can I request for Sunday Delivery?

Yes, you mention special request for Sunday delivery while placing the order. 

Do you have cash on delivery option? Do you extend credit?

Yes, we do have cash on delivery option. At the time of placing order, you can pay by card/ net banking or do wallet transfer. Upon delivery, you can either pay in cash or Paytm us. 


For bulk orders, we agree on separate payment terms. We do not have credit facility. Order payment needs to made on or before delivery.

Is there a minimum order value for placing the order? Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, minimum order value should be INR 1000. 


There is a delivery charge of INR 100 per order. No delivery charge is payable on orders above INR 3000.

Do you send potted plants? Can you customise products?

 Yes, all the plants are delivered in terracotta/ black plastic nursery pots. You can separately purchase any pots the website - Link - https://gurgaonnursery.com/all-products?olsPage=t%2Fplanters


Products available on the website are not customisable. However, for bulk orders, you can send us your customisation request at contactus@gurgaonnursery.com.
